Job Title: Injection Molding Supervisor
Location: Ferndale, WA
Employment Type: Direct hire
Industry: Industrial plastic piping systems
Compensation: $144,000 per year
Schedule: M-F 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and oversee injection molding, extrusion, and related production equipment.
- Follow SOPs and production schedules while meeting daily production targets.
- Oversee product assembly, trimming, packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspections.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
- Support production teams and ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.
- Manufacturing or production experience required.
- Injection molding, extrusion, or plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with plastic piping, pipe fittings, valves, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PP, or similar products is highly desirable.
- Hands-on, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a production team.
- Comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates will have current or previous experience in the plastic piping and related plastics manufacturing industries.

5 years of experience in Manufacturing
5 years of experience in Injection Molding, extrusion, or plastics manufacturing
5 years' experience with plastic piping, pipe fittings, valves, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PP, or similar products
