What You'll Do - Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams, including scheduling, route planning, and quality assurance inspections - Train new cleaning technicians on company standards, procedures, and best practices for efficient, high-quality cleaning - Conduct home walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure all work meets Cascade Home Cleaning's excellence standards - Serve as the primary point of contact for team members in the field, troubleshooting challenges and providing real-time support - Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring teams have necessary products and equipment for each job - Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally Who You Are - Experienced in cleaning, hospitality, or operations management with a strong understanding of residential cleaning standards - An excellent communicator who can motivate teams, coach individuals, and build positive relationships with clients - Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and schedules simultaneously - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check with valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer We believe in investing in our people through comprehensive training and clear advancement opportunities to help you grow your career with us.
