What You'll Do:
- Resolve help desk escalations and technical incidents by analyzing issues, using diagnostic tools, and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Perform systems maintenance activities, including patching, health checks, operating system updates, change validation, and configuration management in line with established procedures.
- Participate in technology projects, complete work orders and service requests, and support continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures.
- Share knowledge and coach less experienced team members on processes and best practices.
- Follow organizational risk, regulatory, security, and internal control standards while escalating complex issues and completing scheduled evening responsibilities.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of experience in reading and digesting technical information.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in communicating technical problems to management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in providing updates and statuses.
