What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, applications, and related services.
- Communicate IT changes, coordinate device updates and upgrades, and support end users throughout the process.
- Partner with vendors to manage mobile services and help deliver effective solutions.
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and operational reports while supporting change and release activities.
- Manage mobile device lifecycle activities, including line audits, device decommissioning, shipping, and ensuring compliance with mobile usage policies.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or enterprise IT environments.
- 1 years of experience in customer service, supporting end users.
What Sets You Apart:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Experience with iOS platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior management to individual contributors.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Excel skills, creating and using reports in Excel.
- Familiar with operating Apple devices.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Able to work a 40-hour work week.
