The Director of Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering leads enterprise efforts to identify systemic operational challenges and redesign crossfunctional processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes. This role partners across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive sustainable, measurable improvements across the customer lifecycle.

Job Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Lead enterprise continuous improvement and process engineering initiatives to eliminate systemic operational and customer experience issues
- Design, redesign, and optimize crossfunctional processes across the customer lifecycle
- Establish governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure sustainable improvements
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders to implement and validate permanent solutions
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of continuous improvement and process professionals
- 10 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, process engineering, or transformation leadership
- 10 years of experience leading crossfunctional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- 5 years of experience applying structured problemsolving and process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification
- Experience building and scaling new operational functions or enterprise operating models
- Experience in highgrowth or technologydriven environments
