Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Grand Prairie, TX Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and software.
- Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques
- Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs).
- Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
- Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).
- Assist in the relocation of customer employees to the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in the new location).
- Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues).
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Set up and configure PC's.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: 19.35/hr
Hours: 4x10 Monday-Thursday
Length: Contract (12m with opportunity of extension.)

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical experience, consisting of hardware repair
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical experience consisting of Windows operating systems
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Clean driving record as an MVR might be run.
- Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
