What You'll Do:
- Conduct due diligence reviews of new and existing clients to evaluate financial risk and identify potential concerns.
- Analyze credit reports, public records, and internal systems to verify client information and assess risk factors.
- Determine appropriate payroll funding and processing requirements based on risk assessments and established guidelines.
- Make sound, risk-informed business decisions while balancing client needs with organizational risk management objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners to resolve questions, verify information, and support timely decisions.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Client Service
- 2 years of experience in Sound Business Judgment
