What You Will Do
Across all levels, CNC Machinists:
* Operate CNC equipment including HMC, mill-turn, grinders, and balancing machines
* Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Maintain 6S workplace standards and ensure a clean, organized work area
* Perform inspections, tool changes, and basic adjustments to ensure product quality
* Collaborate with engineers, team leaders, and peers to resolve issues and improve processes
Salary Range $42,000 - $99,000 depending on experience.

Machinist I - Intermediate
* Learn to operate CNC machines under guidance
* Follow established procedures and work instructions
* Support team members while developing core machining skills
* Participate in training and skill development programs

* Independently operate multiple CNC machine types
* Troubleshoot common machining and process issues
* Interpret blueprints and perform in-process inspections
* Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members

Machinist III - Expert
* Expertly operate and troubleshoot complex machining processes
* Lead root cause analysis and solve advanced technical issues
* Mentor and train machinists across all levels
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications by Level
* Machinist I:
o 0-3 years' experience/ or technical training CNC certification
o Basic blueprint reading skills
* Machinist II:
o 4-8 years of CNC machining experience
o Ability to operate multiple machine types independently
o Working knowledge of G-code/M-code
* Machinist III:
o 8 years of CNC machining experience
o Advanced troubleshooting and setup expertise
o Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability
