What You'll Do:
- Perform technical tests and experiments to support process engineering and development
- Set up, operate, and maintain semiconductor processing and metrology equipment
- Execute process runs and monitor tool performance in a cleanroom environment
- Collect, analyze, and document data including logs, charts, and experimental results
- Follow established procedures (BKMs) and execute instructions from engineering teams
- Prepare tools and materials for upcoming experiments and maintain operational readiness
- Provide technical support to engineers and assist with troubleshooting yield issues
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in semiconductor, lab, or cleanroom environment
- Associate degree or High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and computer systems

Additional Information:
- Permanent night shift: Wednesday-Friday with alternating Saturdays
- Shift hours: 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM (1-hour lunch, 30 minutes paid)
- Training schedule: 6 weeks on day shift (4:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Thurs-Sat with alternating Wed)
- Compressed work schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
