Here's what you'd do:

• Provides high level analytical support in the design, development, and communication of long-term strategies in pursuit of business goals.
• Works closely with business and functional experts from other teams; convenes teams to accomplish goals.
• Influences peers on surrounding teams.
• Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs and initiatives to achieve short and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Lead effort to maintain project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.
• Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues.
• Analyzes information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to project team.
• Apply critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
• Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis,trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).
• Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the client's brand.
• Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in documenting business requirements for projects of a similar nature, with some prior experience in Commercial or Business Banking, including Lending, Servicing, and operations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the business domain

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in documenting business requirements/processes, functional specs, and test cases
• Experience working on large-scale projects (system migrations, business transformation)
• Experience with Commercial/Business Banking, Lending, or Loan Servicing
• Ability to distill information and create an executive summary to drive action.
• Platform experience (LoanIQ, Fiserv)
• AFSVision experience
