Job Title: Business Senior Strategy Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract (18 months)

What You'll Do:
- Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
- Lead efforts to maintain project documentation.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.
- Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues.
- Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team.
- Applies critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
- Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).
- Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the client brand.
- Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Documentation Development.
