About the Opportunity:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

What You'll Do:
- Assemble electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Read and understand Engineering drawings as well as manufacturing work instructions.
- Perform all product build processes and work on any product directed by management to meet business needs.
- Manual and automated underfill, bonding, and staking.
- Touch-up and application of conformal/Parylene coating.
- Participate/engage in team meetings.
- Work on Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min 2 years of Electronics manufacturing experience
What Sets You Apart (preferred):
- Associate Degree
- Moderate computer skills, SAP experience
- Current certification to IPC A610 and JSTD 001.
- The successful candidate will receive internal training as necessary and will be needed to pass IPC A610 and JSTD 001 solder and rework certification tests.
- General knowledge of Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with team members.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
