What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and analyze analog and high-voltage power systems for advanced communications platforms.
- Create power converter architectures and support power electronics designs ranging from low power to kilowatt-level applications.
- Perform mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, testing, troubleshooting, and verification.
- Develop technical specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for electronic systems and components.
- Evaluate circuit performance, conduct laboratory testing, and support system integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support research and development efforts focused on innovative power system technologies.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with 5 years of relevant engineering experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience designing analog circuits, power electronics, or power conversion systems.
- 3 years of experience with high-voltage DC power systems, power transmission systems, HVDC technologies, or power module design.
- 3 years of experience using electrical engineering CAD tools and circuit simulation software.
- 3 years of experience conducting circuit analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification.
- 3 years of experience using laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related electronic measurement tools.
- 3 years of experience developing technical specifications, requirements, and verification documentation.
What Sets You Apart:
- Expertise in mixed-signal circuit design and analysis.
- Experience with feedback systems, control systems, and power system grounding architectures.
- Experience designing power converter topologies ranging from watts to kilowatt-level applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and diagnose complex hardware issues.
- Experience analyzing circuit card schematics and supporting electronics R&D programs.
- Proven ability to lead technical design efforts and collaborate on complex engineering projects.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled engineering solutions.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
