What You'll Do:
- Support engineering activities including design verification, testing, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype systems
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Construct, modify, troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and adjust equipment, tooling, and systems
- Conduct and document statistically based experiments to establish process parameters
- Analyze test results and support process improvement initiatives
- Design and construct tooling, fixtures, and specialized equipment to support engineering activities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement technical solutions and continuous improvement projects
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 3 years of experience as an Engineering Technician, Electronics Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or related technical role
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3 years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- 3 years of experience using fabrication tools, test equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation
- 3 years of experience supporting engineering development, prototype builds, testing, or manufacturing operations
