Job Title: Account Manager - Technical Education
Location: Cary, NC
Employment Type: Temp (6 Months)
Contract Duration

What You'll Do:
- Manage assigned accounts throughout the customer engagement lifecycle and act as the primary contact for technical education projects.
- Partner with Regional Service Managers to identify training gaps and develop account-specific engagement strategies.
- Coordinate engineer enrollment in instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs while monitoring registration progress.
- Execute customer communication plans, provide training guidance, and maintain regular updates on schedules, prerequisites, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions, project updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful program outcomes.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or 5 years' in the related field
- 5 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or stakeholder management.
- 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- 5 years of experience in healthcare, training coordination, vendor management, operations, or process improvement is considered similar.
What Sets You Apart:
- Diagnostic imaging and therapy experience
- SAP experience
- Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers at multiple organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, transactions, and priorities effectively
- Detailoriented, processdriven, and customerfocused with strong ownership and accountability
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Travel possible 25%
- Posted as up to 25% travel, but actual travel is expected to be significantly less.
- Any travel would be within the United States.
- Travel expenses are reimbursed.
