What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, including both Windows PCs and Mac computers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-user computing, networking, conference room technology, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Deliver smart hands support, including network patching and assistance with IT infrastructure tasks.
- Support audio-visual systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide second-level technical support, user guidance, and contribute to IT operational processes, documentation, testing, and continuous service improvements.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8 years of experience in designing or documenting IT operational processes.
What Sets You Apart:

- Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
