Responsibilities
- Train new Personal Lines employees on the Agency Management System (AMS), ImageRight, PL Rating, SinglePoint, carrier websites, and all related workflows, tools, and procedures; review Teams organization and resources with new staff
- Set up AMS for new employees, ensure proper desktop configurations, assist current staff with AMS/ImageRight procedures, and coordinate with IT to resolve system or carrier-site issues
- Lead quarterly re-training sessions and provide continuous education to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across Personal Lines operations
- High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with proven training experience (remote training preferred)
- IT experience required, with strong familiarity with company software, systems, and departmental procedures
- Ability to stay current on industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge in all areas of Personal Lines and training responsibilities
