- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from Account Managers, Account Executives, and clients, ensuring efficient communication and high service standards
- Follow all agency systems, procedures, and timelines for tasks such as setting up marketing files, maintaining client data, and managing suspense items
- Perform rating functions on carrier websites and process policies, endorsements, and requests in accordance with agency protocols and timelines
- Prepare and issue insurance documents including certificates, applications, ID cards, and client correspondence using agency-approved formats and procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical client records, ensuring proper scanning, photocopying, and file organization
- Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers to gather information or resolve service needs; handle special projects as assigned by supervisors
- Attend agency meetings and trainings regularly, pursue CISR designation through coursework, and adhere to attendance policies while demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Minimum of two years prior experience workingwith commercial clients and carrier underwriters in a retail insurance agency
- Completion of relevant insurance education (i.e. – CISR, INS 21, etc.)
- Fire & Casualty license
