With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a senior employee benefits consultant by managing client engagements, leading RFP and new business efforts, and developing strategic disability, absence, and health management solutionsMaintain deep industry expertise while fostering strong relationships with clients, prospects, carriers, and TPAs to support procurement, negotiations, and program optimizationCollaborate across internal teams, prepare client deliverables and proposals, and contribute to intellectual capital through peer review and development of new tools and approachesQUALIFICATIONS10 years of disability and absence management experience with strong regulatory knowledge and demonstrated success managing and growing large client relationshipsExceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into clear client deliverables; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointBachelor's degree or higher, Life/Accident/Health license required (CLMS a plus), and ability to travel as neededADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis job is fully remote.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.Salary range is $200K to 300K per year.We're an equal opportunity employer.
