RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for clients, providing responsive support and guidance
- Coordinate renewals, open enrollments, and ongoing service activities while partnering with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- Create client-facing communications, presentations, and benefit education materials that support a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation while managing service workflows and deliverables
- Support compliance activities and stay current on employee benefits regulations and industry requirements
- Ensure high-quality execution across all aspects of account management and client service
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to support renewal strategies and long-term client success
- Assist with benefit analysis, carrier marketing, and strategic recommendations that align with client goals
- Contribute to client retention through proactive service, relationship building, and problem resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Life and Health insurance license
- 1–3 years of employee benefits, account management, client service, or related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with employee benefits renewals, open enrollment, and carrier relations
- Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and related compliance requirements
- Experience with agency management systems or benefits administration platforms
- Client-focused mindset

Compensation:
Hourly range: $31.00 – $40.87 per hour
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
