What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Service Excellence
- Support internal client service teams by ensuring client files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Contribute to a positive internal service experience through timely, reliable task completion
- Communicate professionally with team members when clarification or follow‑up is needed
- Perform data entry for personal lines client files with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Scan and upload documents into the client management system in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure documents are organized, indexed, and stored correctly to support efficient servicing
- Follow internal processes, workflows, and quality standards consistently
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Support overall team efficiency by completing assigned work accurately and on time
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with shifting priorities during high‑volume periods
- Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team environment that supports long‑term client relationships
What You Bring
Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time independently and meet time‑sensitive deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, self‑starting work style
- Ability to shift focus and manage multiple tasks as needed
- High school or college student status acceptable
- Prior experience with data entry or administrative support
- Familiarity with document management or client management systems
