Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and optimize Alera Group software systems; provide first-line technical support and ensure employees and clients are trained effectively on new and existing technology
Review and streamline workflows to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems, and ensure compliance with data security and company policies
Serve as liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate communication, resolve operational issues, and support management decisions with timely feedback and insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, operations, or related field; professional certifications in benefits, P&C, or HR a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello); strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
Excellent interpersonal, training, and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
Office location could be either in Darmouth or Norwell MA location.

Salary range is $65K to 95K per year, based on experience.
