Responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile Accounts Payable aging to ensure accuracy and timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Maintain vendor records and support 1099 processing
- Support timely payment processing in alignment with established schedules
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Provide back-up support for daily dashboard and aging reports
- Document accounts payable policies and procedures; assist the Accounts Payable Manager with process improvements
- Participate in accounts payable team projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Support the escheatment process to ensure compliance with all regulations
- 5 years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including Workday invoice expertise
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, financial chart of accounts, W9 familiarity and 1099 reporting
- Skilled in problem-solving, issue escalation, and handling confidential information
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Workday, Concur and NetSuite preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, growth-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
