Responsibilities
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager. This includes traveling to Client locations within the Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, DE, MD, DC and VA).

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, anticipating needs and partnering with the Vice President to coordinate deliverables and support new product and service implementations.
- Own client and vendor communications, including responding to inquiries, reviewing proposals, supporting pricing and renewal negotiations, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage the renewal and new business process from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, thorough quote reviews, and timely preparation of applications and contracts.
- Deliver a high-touch client experience through proactive issue resolution, clear and professional communication, and leading open enrollment and employee education meetings.
- Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance standards are met, including updating SBCs, preparing meeting and presentation materials, and keeping an active Life & Health License.
- Maryland Life & Health License (required)
- Previous experience working at a brokerage in the employee benefits industry (required)
- Ability and willingness to travel to clients as needed (required)
- Experience working with clients ranging from small to large groups (required)
- At least five years of industry experience (preferred)
