Responsibilities
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience selling P&C solutions at an insurance broker.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manager the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
