Responsibilities
- Assist employees with benefit-related questions and resolve claim/billing issues promptly.
- Support all aspects of enrollment, including policy writing, eligibility, terminations, and quoting.
- Work with insurance carriers on renewals, contract changes, and plan design clarification.
- Provide high-level support in maintaining and expanding accounts with a positive attitude.
- Continuously develop insurance knowledge through seminars, classes, and ongoing training.
- Prioritize workload effectively, collaborate with producers, and keep them informed.
- Uphold department core values: honor commitments, stay organized, be thorough, helpful, and prompt.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Three years of employee group benefits experience and knowledge of enrollment systems preferred.
- Life and Health insurance license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and effective presentation abilities.
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to $80K per year.
