Responsibilities
- Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts
- Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals
- Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently
- Respond promptly to client, Account Executive, and Producer requests
- Review and provide guidance on policy forms
- Communicate with insurance underwriters to address client needs
- Stay informed on current carrier and market conditions
- High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
- Professional oral and written communication skills in English (second language a plus).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation.
- Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages
