Responsibilities
- Acquire, review, and analyze data from carrier/vendor portals and clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate storage of data; assist in developing new storage solutions.
- Conduct data analytics, including experience reports, utilization data, and renewal evaluations.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and present insights using visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Assist in business development through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less-experienced analytics team members.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and independent decision-making skills.
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to $67K per year.
