Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor who brings clarity and confidence to clients navigating risk and financial decisions. You’ll work with a collaborative team to grow a book of business, strengthen client loyalty, and drive success across our personal lines portfolio.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor who brings clarity and confidence to clients navigating risk and financial decisions. You’ll work with a collaborative team to grow a book of business, strengthen client loyalty, and drive success across our personal lines portfolio.
- Build and grow a strong client base by adding new clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
- Assess client needs and risks to design customized insurance solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Lead renewal and new business efforts—negotiating effectively, presenting solutions clearly, and closing deals with confidence.
- Partner across teams to ensure service excellence, process consistency, and use of Alera Group’s tools, methodologies, and resources.
- Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and market shifts that impact clients, offering proactive insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Insurance Producer License.
- Proven sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and credibility across all levels.
- Strong financial and risk assessment abilities with a consultative mindset.
- Thought leadership and strategic problem-solving skills in the personal lines insurance space.
