At Alen Security, we design and install access control, video and alarm systems for multi-site clients across the country. We need someone who can look at a set of drawings and see the whole job: every door, every camera, every alarm and every cable run nobody else noticed.
Here’s what matters to us:
Fully Committed: You don’t just finish the takeoff. You see the job through from first walk to final number.
Excellence: “Close enough” doesn’t cut it for you, whether it’s a takeoff or a spreadsheet.
Customer First Mindset: You think about how the system works for the client on day 300, not just on install day.
Trust is Everything: When your name is on an estimate, nobody needs to double-check it. (They will anyway. It’s an estimating thing.)
📈 You also want to get better every year, and you want to help us do the same.
