Overview:Here at ACG, we are looking to hire an overall experience Construction Worker. The ideal candidate would have experience in varies area in the construction environment. Main duties include repairing, installing, or improving new or existing structures and hardware.**Candidate must be willing to undergo a pre-employment screening**Primary responsibilitiesRepairing any broken, loose, or missing hardware in worksites Repairing damage to dry wall, seals, metal doors, and other commercial fixtures.Basic knowledge of hardware, equipment, and materials such as drywall, tile, fasteners, plumbing, electrical, etc.Proper care and respect of equipment including power tools, dollies, vacuums, etc.. Welding is a plus.Working carefully to ensure the safety of the employee and others when working with hazardous materials, chemicals, or electricals.Alerting staff on-site of any projects that temporarily affect mobility, access, or safety.Managing inventory and notifying managers of needed hardware, paints, light bulbs, etc.Communicating with other departments regarding any needs, issues, or informing them of in-progress projects that could create a hazardous environment.Plaster/stuccoJoint sealants and caulkingConcrete repairConcrete coatingInstall windows and doorsTile installationPaint Cleaning up work site and moving/carrying materials, equipment, and toolsAdhering to the Company’s safety standards and enforcing safety regulationsKnowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or repair a plus.Have a working knowledge of power toolsMust have general knowledge and skill in all areas of construction.Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Willing to undergo pre-employment screening such as: Background check record and Drug/Alcohol test.3-5 years of experience in the construction industryValid driver’s licenseFlexibility to travel when necessaryAbility to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.Available to work the following shifts: Day or NightPay Range: (Depending on level of experience)Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
