What you’ll do:
- Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys
- Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion
- Develop and implement litigation strategy
- Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice
- Work directly with firm senior management team and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution
- Use focus groups to improve outcomes
- Negotiate settlements
- Complete depositions
- Conduct Jury trials
- Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills
Requirements:
● Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
● Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
● Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions
● A team-oriented mindset and genuine respect for collaboration
● Five years or more of litigation experience

Compensation
Compensation is negotiable, and consistent with level of experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.
Additional Perks:
· Health insurance coverage: Employer pays 75% of the premium for individual health plans, with eligibility beginning 30 days from your start date.
· Employer contributed Health Savings Account: Employees participating in the health insurance plan receive a Health Savings Plan with an annual employer contribution of $1,000 ($500 in March and $500 in October) to help off-set deductibles or cover dental and vision care.
· Life and disability insurance: Full coverage for life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance is 100% employer-funded, offering financial peace of mind for unexpected events.
