Job Description
- Expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Studio.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex reports to support integrations, with strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector (especially for Worker and Benefits modules).
- Sound understanding of one or more Workday functional modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Payroll) is preferred.
- Certifications in Workday Integration Core, CCTPP, and Workday Studio are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Test and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal to define requirements and resolve pain points.
- Contribute to the data and analytics strategy for human resources by providing insights and developing analytical solutions.
- Integrate Workday with external systems and vendor technologies to ensure seamless data flow.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to build and maintain delivery collateral.
- Provide functional expertise to enhance the Workday product by contributing new features, workflows, and process improvements.
