Job Description
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for telecommunication products (e.g., network services, OSS/BSS solutions, 5G products, IoT connectivity).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the telecom sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
- Define detailed product requirements and user stories; prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
- Lead product development lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, and release.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
- Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
- Manage product P&L and ensure profitability and growth targets are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of product management experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as LTE, 5G, VoIP, fiber optics, OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure, etc.
- Proven track record of launching and managing telecom products or services.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
