Project Support (PreFab Shop)

What We Are Looking For

Aldridge is seeking onsite Project Support to join our dynamic and energetic team. Primarily responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in our PreFab shop.

What You’ll Do

• Completing special projects as assigned by supervisor
• Monitoring project progress against timelines, tracking budgets, and creating status reports
• Preparing and updating organizational charts and presentations for use at internal/external meetings
  
  

Who You Are

• High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher desired
• Related Business experience preferred, construction experience highly desired
• Self-motivated, assertive and organized including ability to prioritize
• Related business experience preferred
• Construction experience highly desired
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft & Google Suite
• Ability to critically think and analyze data
• Ability to create, troubleshoot, format in Excel
• Ability to format, create, proofread in Word

What We Offer

The hourly pay for this role is between $22.00 - $32.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus. This role may be eligible for hybrid work.
