What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and office equipment.
- Install and configure software, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve technology processes and user experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A passion for learning about the latest technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office software like Microsoft Office.
