Aldous Law is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our personal injury team in our Uptown Dallas office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting 3 attorneys across all phases of personal injury litigation — from pre-litigation through trial.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 4-5 years of personal injury law firm experience on the plaintiff side
- Demonstrated experience in pre-litigation, litigation, and trial preparation
- Strong drafting skills — pleadings, discovery, demands, motions, and more
- The ability to manage a complex caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
