Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Performance
- Lead your team to consistently exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience that reflects ALDO’s values of love, confidence, and belonging
- Model authentic, personalized selling behaviors that build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Resolve customer concerns professionally, always protecting the brand’s reputation
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to reach their full potential
- Motivate the team through recognition, feedback, and performance coaching
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment built on teamwork and accountability
Maintain Visual and Operational Excellence
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with ALDO Group standards
- Execute floor sets and product placement to highlight key trends and drive sales
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention measures effectively
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Act as a Brand Ambassador
- Represent the ALDO brand with passion, professionalism, and pride
- Inspire your team to live the company’s mission and values every day
- Create and execute action plans to maximize store performance and conversion rates
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify opportunities and celebrate wins
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong training and communication abilities
- Passion for fashion, business, and customer experience
