THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Littleton, Colorado.
This is an important role within our team for an experienced construction professional who understands both the financial and construction sides of residential building. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents and take ownership of project financials, estimating, buyout, and coordination from preconstruction through completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage purchase orders and change orders in Buildertrend
- Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, subcontractor billing, and owner billing
- Support subcontractor buyout, including reviewing proposals, preparing subcontracts, and maintaining accurate committed costs
- Develop scopes of work, prepare bid packages, and coordinate subcontractor pricing
- Assist with project estimating and perform construction takeoffs using Bluebeam
- Set up new projects, budgets, and project documentation in Buildertrend
- Review construction documents and coordinate project requirements with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, design professionals, and trade partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with a custom home builder, residential general contractor, or related trade
- Strong understanding of construction project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, committed costs, and billing
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Bluebeam, construction takeoffs, and plan review
- Understanding of estimating, subcontractor scopes, bidding, and buyout
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and terminology
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors
- Experience in high-end custom residential construction or luxury remodeling is strongly preferred.
