Instructional Assistant - Alden School

Alden School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for direct student support in learning center and inclusion classroom environments for the 2026-2027 school year.   

Qualifications:

 - Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree considered with relevant experience

 - Management skills that support students social emotional learning

 - Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners

 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 - Citizenship, residency or work visa required
