We’re on the lookout for an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our preschool team full-time. This role is office-based and focused on keeping our admin running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
· Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and spreadsheets
· Supporting accounts tasks such as invoicing and data entry
· Keeping filing systems accurate and up to date
· Ordering office supplies and coordinating day-to-day admin needs
· Supporting Leadership staff with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in an admin or office role
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Confident using computers and office software
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Reliable, proactive, and a team-focused attitude
Requirements:
· High School Diploma, Associate’s degree preferred

Pay: $24.02 - $28.92 per hour
