Salary Range: $70,304 – $75,000 annually
What You’ll Do: The Impact You’ll Make
As the CIRCLE Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Alcott’s Los Angeles City CIRCLE program, a 24/7 unarmed crisis response initiative serving the community through a centralized dispatch system. You will lead program staff, ensure contract compliance, and foster strong partnerships to deliver timely, effective crisis intervention services.
Program Leadership and Operations
• Oversee daily coordination and operations of the LA City CIRCLE program.
• Ensure program services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, agency standards, and best practices.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure CIRCLE documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure monthly reporting requirements are met to satisfy contract and agency demands.
Staff Supervision, Training, and Support
• Recruit, select, train, supervise, and evaluate direct service staff, including response teams and support staff.
• Train and supervise case management responders and support staff on crisis intervention, de-escalation strategies, safety planning, risk assessment, documentation, and emotional support.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed and support a 24/7 staffing structure, including after-hours or weekend oversight when required.
Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Audits
• Support the Director of Quality Assurance in ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation.
• Assist with ongoing documentation reviews to ensure compliance with contract guidelines.
• Assist the Director of Mental Health and Director of Quality Assurance during agency and program audits.
Partnerships, Outreach, and Community Engagement
• Develop awareness of funder expectations and communicate appropriately with funders regarding program services.
• Ensure coordination of services across intra-agency programs.
• Foster strong partnerships with law enforcement, hospitals, and community-based organizations.
• Represent Alcott at community meetings as directed.
• Coordinate community outreach related to the LA City CIRCLE program and serve as the primary LA City contact.
What You’ll Bring: Your Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Master’s Degree in a mental health–related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health–related field required.
• At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in crisis response, behavioral health, or community-based services strongly preferred.
• Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
