Job Title Coordinator of Band Logistics FLSA Status Salaried Non Exempt Posted Salary Range 34,000 annually Employment Status Full Time Department College of Arts and Sciences Job Summary
This position will serve the Director of Bands and Marching Band Director to include: University Bands. The Coordinator of Band Logistics wil report directly to the Diretor of Bands and will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, managerial and executive support related to tasks. This person must perform with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion. While providing a high level of support to the Director, this incumbent will assist in coordination logistics and some administrative tasks, in addition to promoting community outreach for University Bands, and overseeing the daily functions of the media team, special projects, fundrasisers and its daily submissions.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
BS or MS degree
Experience in travel logistics, event planning, and coordination
Licensing and Certifications
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements
Work in noisy (above 85 decibels) areas Yes Sedentary Work - Exerting 10 pounds Occasionally Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds Medium Work - Exerting 20-50 pounds Occasionally Heavy Work - Exerting 50-100 pounds Very Heavy Work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds Occasionally Travel Frequently Extended Work Hours Frequently
