As a Technician I Sterile Fill supporting our Sterile Team, you will be trusted to perform a variety of tasks related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical products in Fort Worth, Texas in US.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Operating general manufacturing equipment, such as autoclaves, ovens, stills, and filtration apparatus.
- Handling raw materials and intermediate or finished products.
- Cleaning and sanitization of sterile and non-sterile fill rooms
- Performing standard operating procedures to meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining records as required
- Completing tasks in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participating in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling. In some organizations, may monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: Weekend Shift Schedule
- Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Saturday from 6:00am – 6:30pm
- Sunday from 6:00am – 6:30pm
- Monday from 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Travel Requirements: 0 – 10%
