You will manage resources and monitor quality, requiring technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Specifics Include:
- Handle complex manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
- Make minor decisions within task scope, requiring technical skills and problem-solving
- Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations to align with business objectives to drive excellence
- Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing training
- Commit to regulatory compliance, meet individual job requirements, and contribute to organizational compliance and continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Location: Onsite-Fort Worth, TX
- Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
