General Laborer

Starting Pay: $17 – $20 per hour based on experience

Full-time position based in the San Luis Valley; limited travel required

Position Summary: We are looking for people who are excited to learn construction and make an impact building our communities! This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to learn how to work with concrete or build metal buildings. You’ll be an important part of our team, work with experienced team members and gain hands-on experience.

Objectives and Competencies: This job is for people who like being active and working outdoors on building projects. You should be dependable, show up on time, work hard and care about doing a great job. You’ll help build things from start to finish and be proud of your work. We are looking for team players that match our culture and core values, who want to learn and grow with our company.

Education and Experience: No experience? That’s okay – we’ll teach you!

If you have some knowledge in construction, that’s a bonus, but more important than that is your willingness to learn and show up every day. You should have your own basic construction tools.

Physical Requirements: You must be able to work on your feet for extended periods in all forms of weather. This position requires the ability to climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat, and exert heavy physical effort. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly. The work environment is typically outside and may require work in confined spaces.
