We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr. Associate, Accounting & Reporting supporting the U.S Finance Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records by calculating, posting, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions in compliance with standards.
- Perform specialized tasks and conduct independent research to optimize outcomes, contributing to project goals with your advanced skills.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review of monthly federal tax journal entries and financial statement schedules.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reviews.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc. 6 yrs; M.S. 0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
