What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Collector Technician position at Alcohol and Drug Testing Services LLC?
As a Nation company we receive requests 24/7 via email and on the phone for technicians to go onsite throughout the US to do drug and alcohol testing. This dispatching position would require that you answer the calls and emails, find the closest technician on our map or in our data base and send them the required information to complete the test. You would be trained to use our data base in order to create these dispatches and find the appropriate protocols to send with each dispatch, etc.
In addition, you would be trained as a drug and alcohol technician and would assist in office with drug and alcohol test, paternity test, hair test, etc. You would also do onsite testing within a 100 mile radius of the office as needed.
The standard hours would be noon until 8 pm. However, you would occasionally be asked to do some onsite testing after hours and on weekends. In addition, as needed, your schedule may flex to cover variable hours when other night or weekend dispatchers are sick or on vacation. In these situations, you will be able to work from home if you have internet. (Onsite testing pays an addition bonus and current IRS rate mileage)
Additional office task such as data entry may be assigned as needed.
