Here at Alcoeur Gardens, Toms River, we are a 19-bedroom memory care community where we care for all levels of dementia and Alzheimer's residents.
We are currently interviewing for the following shifts:
Every other Friday 4 PM - 8 PM
Weekends 8 AM - 1 PM & 4 PM - 8 PM
WEEKDAYS AS NEEDED
Weekends 8 AM - 1 PM & 4 PM - 8 PM

Per Diem for multiple shifts.
Job description:
Part - Time CMA Needed ~ Must be certified as a Certified Medication Aide.
- Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to residents.
- Coordinate with nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
- Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
- Record medication dosages and times.
- Gather samples for analysis.
- Uphold all health and safety standards.
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in resident conditions, and any side effects from medications.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide support for residents with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia.
- Engage with residents to promote emotional well-being and social interaction.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the living environment to enhance resident comfort.
Salary : $18 - $22
