Key Responsibilities:

• Selling moving and relocation services to residential customers across the U.S.
• Conducting in-home or virtual surveys to generate accurate moving quotes.
• Building and managing relationships with clients from initial inquiry through post-move follow-up.
• Preparing detailed proposals, service agreements, and cost estimates.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinating with operations teams to ensure a smooth move experience.
• Following up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Staying current on pricing, competitor services, and market trends.
• Supporting international move coordination including customs documentation and logistics.
• Managing CRM data and maintaining accurate client records.
• Attending local networking events or trade shows to generate new business.
• Addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns promptly.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in moving or relocation sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with residential household goods relocations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
