Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a results-driven logistics sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead growth efforts in areas such as commercial moving, warehousing, transportation, and logistics services.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a logistics sales team to meet performance objectives.
- Build and grow a personal pipeline of logistics services business across key sectors.
- Use company tools, systems, and network connections to maximize revenue potential.
- Analyze performance data and adjust tactical plans to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Oversee responses to RFPs and ensure proposals align with client needs and company strengths.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to refine services and maintain competitive positioning.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of sales and leadership experience in logistics, relocation, or commercial moving services.
- Proven ability to build and lead sales teams that exceed performance goals.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and relocation industry landscape.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and contract negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and solid Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or sales management.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
